The clever elaboration of wine

The wines of Chateau Maison Noble are grown according to fair agricultural methods, without any weed-killer or chemical products. The grapes are harvested mechanically and delicately pressed.
The wine-making process respects traditional methods while benefiting from the most advanced techniques : the vats in stainless steel and concrete, allow a separate process by types of vine. The red wine is later put to age in barrels.
