Michel Pélissié

Today at the head of the Achitecture organization Jean NOUVEL, Michel Pelissie, the owner of Chateau Maison Noble, is an authentic and passionate man.

From his origin in Perigord, he has inherited a taste for the soil, « old stones » and good wine.
Therefore, it was quite natural for him to acquire in 1997 this beautiful feudal residence and the vineyard that goes with it.

For M. Pelissie, making wine was a dream. And he made it come true.
He handled his double project with passion, backed up by men who share his values :

to revive the castle and produce wine drawing level with the soil it comes from.

Visiting the castle

An oenologist by education, he was chosen as GM by Michel Pelissie not only for his technical skills and his perception of the wine market, but also because like the owner, he has a real passion for wine.
